Delivery Information

When should my order arrive?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe for both destinations consists of order processing followed by transit after dispatch.

Processing 1–3 business days

Transit 6–12 business days

Total estimate 7–15 business days

These estimates apply to standard shipping for both the United States and United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific date has expressly been agreed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. This applies to processing and transit.

Our standard order cut-off for both destinations is 17:00 Mountain Time, following the Denver, Colorado time zone, Monday through Friday. Denver observes MST or MDT depending on the time of year.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on applicable public holidays begin processing on the next business day. The cut-off is not 17:00 in the customer's local time zone.

Tracking has not updated

Tracking information does not always update continuously while a parcel is moving through the delivery network. A temporary gap between scans does not necessarily mean your shipment has stopped moving.

If your order is still within the estimated 7–15 business day delivery window, you can continue checking the tracking information for updates.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and there is still no meaningful update, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.

You can reach our team at info@atelierdemarie.com .

Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel

If the tracking status shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

The delivery address and any delivery notes;
Other members of your household;
Any safe place where the carrier may have left the parcel;
Neighbours or reception areas where appropriate; and
The latest information provided by the carrier.

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us with your order number so that the issue can be reviewed.

These troubleshooting steps do not limit any consumer rights that apply to your order.
